Colour
Anthracite

A car tyre is made of black dyed rubber (SBR). That's why the rubber granulate made of car tyres is also black. During processing with a colourless binder, black products are made. Similarly to the car tyres, the colour changes in these products after a short time from full black to a dark grey, also known as anthracite.

Material

The mix of rubber granulate (irregularly formed rubber grains) and buffing dust (fibrous rubber particles) is ideal to manufacture particularly dimensionally stable and abrasion-proof products with fine-structured surface. The material is obtained from car tyres and contains mainly a high-valuable mix of natural rubber (NR) and Styrene-Butadiene Rubber, short SBR. The material properties of the WARCO preform largely correspond to those known from SBR.

Sistema de encaje tipo puzzle con bisel ligeramente redondeado

Los bordes de las placas están diseñados con un sistema de encaje tipo puzzle. Cada lado de una placa puede conectarse con cualquier otro lado de una placa. La cuadrícula de instalación mide 50 cm. Durante la instalación, los dientes del sistema de encaje se ajustan con precisión, creando una conexión duradera que garantiza una superficie estable y firme. Gracias al bisel elegantemente redondeado, se genera un diseño de juntas moderno y delicado, con espacios cerrados o muy estrechos entre ellas.

Canales de drenaje y cúpulas dispuestas en un patrón cuadrado

La base de la placa tiene una estructura con canales de drenaje de aproximadamente 4 mm de profundidad. Los canales de drenaje de las placas adyacentes están conectados entre sí, formando una red continua en toda la superficie. En las áreas cuadradas situadas entre los canales de drenaje hay grandes cavidades cóncavas de unos 15 mm de profundidad. Estas cavidades mejoran la resistencia a las inclemencias meteorológicas, la estabilidad dimensional y las propiedades de amortiguación de la placa. Las placas pueden instalarse sobre una capa de soporte ligado, impermeabilizaciones de techos o rejillas de césped de plástico. Es fundamental seguir las instrucciones de instalación.
