Preguntas frecuentes

Are there colour variations in a delivery?

Colour variation within a single delivery is possible: a tile's colour may differ from the colour specified for it within defined tolerances. For rubber granules, the permitted range depends on their grading, meaning the size of the granules and the way those sizes are distributed, as well as on the colour concerned.

Coloured ELT tiles show the most pronounced colour variation. Individual tiles from the same production run can look lighter, darker or more intense.

In black and anthracite ELT tiles, which are made from recycled tyre rubber granules bonded with a clear binder, grey, white or even coloured particles can remain visible. The presence of such particles is unavoidable with this raw material.

Where an EPDM surface is speckled and combines granules in several base colours, the colour mix varies naturally. This gives the pattern its character, much like the natural variation in real wood flooring. By contrast, a single-colour EPDM surface shows only minimal variation.

Deviations that stay within the tolerances WARCO has defined are normal and do not constitute grounds for complaint or a price reduction.
