Can I request a consultation with a WARCO sales representative?

WARCO has no field sales team or sales representatives, so a consultation with one cannot be arranged. WARCO manufactures its tiles and sells them directly and through specialist retailers. Advice is usually given by the technical advisers at the head office in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse, by telephone or email. Most queries can be handled this way. In-person consultations at the WARCO Gallery are available by appointment.

For a specific project, please email clear photographs of the area, details of the installation substrate and any available planning documents. The technical advisers will then assess the situation, recommend suitable floor tiles and an appropriate installation method, and prepare a quotation. Product samples and colour samples are sent free of charge on request.
