Do charitable and social organisations receive special pricing or preferential conditions?
Charitable and social organisations are subject to the same prices and discount rules as all other customers.
Quantity discounts and value-based discounts are granted as standard. There are no special prices for particular customer groups.
The aim is to offer durable products at favourable prices. In exceptional cases, technically sound products with minor visual defects are available on preferential terms. These terms are reserved for animal welfare organisations that are recognised as charitable.
