How is my order processed and shipped?

Once you have placed your order online, you will automatically receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This acknowledgement is not a binding confirmation of your order. WARCO will check your order details and contact you if any information is missing or unclear. Once this has been done, you will receive either a binding order confirmation or an updated quotation by email.

If the product is in stock, it is immediately picked, packed and prepared for despatch. Items that are not in stock are manufactured within the stated lead times, allowing for seasonal variations. The shipment is then scheduled and you will receive a shipping notification along with an invoice.

Parcel deliveries do not have a fixed delivery date, whereas pallet deliveries usually have an agreed delivery date, either stated on the despatch note or agreed directly with the carrier. Deliveries will only be made on weekdays and will not be made at weekends or on public holidays. The delivery dates stated are non-binding and may differ in exceptional cases.

For shipments up to 2500 kg, a light truck with tail lift will be used and the carrier will unload the shipment. For shipments over 2500 kg, or where separately agreed, the recipient will unload the shipment. The weight of a loaded pallet can be up to 1200 kg.

On receipt, please check that the delivery is complete and that the items are undamaged and correct. Report any transport damage to WARCO immediately, preferably while the carrier is still present, and document it with photographs. Never refuse a delivery without first consulting WARCO. This avoids unnecessary costs.
